Music Looping & Sequencing

Title Description Listen
Three Minuite Composition
This composition is entitled Pape Pas de Trios. This work is a modern pas de trios, with the second and fourth movement removed due to time restraints. The composition depicts the events of the coronation of a new pope. The work begins with the announcement, in Latin, over a jazzy southern gospel rock organ. This texture reflects my upbringing in the protestant church, and my eventual conversion to catholicism. The third scene, a movement for male soloist, depicts the newly elected pope in the weeping room. The final movement, which serves as full company finale, depicts the new pope's first mass, with Latin prayers. It ends with the popes greeting at his first mass, as he begins his new life as Vicar of Christ.
Podcast
My podcast consists of various images taken along my daily route to school. People always ask me how I can stand to drive from out of town every day, so I decided to photograph my beautiful route. I chose to contrast the delicate script, and picturesque images, with a rambling country tune; this is representative of my personality, and background in Kentucky.
